How to Unzip files
You will be downloading what looks like a .doc file. Really, it's a .zip file in disguise! In order to access the screencaps you will need to change .doc to a .zip.
FOR WINDOWS USERS
1.) Open the directory where the file is downloaded.
2.) Go to Tools > Folder Options.
3.) Go to the View tab.
4.) Scroll down until you find the 'Hide extensions for known file types' check box and uncheck it.
5.) Change the extension of your .exe or .doc or what have you to .zip or whatever the actual extension is supposed to be.
6.) Enjoy!
FOR WINDOWS 7/8/10 USERS
1.) Go to Control Panel.
2.) Select Appearance and Personalization.
3.) Select File Explorer Options.
4.) Select "View" Tab
5.) Unselect/Make sure unselected "Hide extensions for known file types"
6.) Change the extension of your .exe or .doc or what have you to .zip or whatever the actual extension is supposed to be.
7.) Enjoy!
FOR MAC USERS

3.) A prompt will come up asking if you'd like to use the new extension or keep the old one. Click to use the new one.
4.) Enjoy!
OTHER POSSIBLE OPTIONS
1. Right click the download link
2. Choose ‘Save Link As’
3. Change file extension to .zip.
4. File should save as a zip
